TBSCG Academy

The IT industry doesn’t sit still – and nor should you. Join the TBSCG Academy to take your skills to the next level, whether you’re looking for a fixed term internship or a combination internship/study placement.

The TBSCG Academy is unlike other training programmes. We select students and recent graduates with untapped potential and give them the skills they need to become a TBSCG expert.

All Academy participants follow training with expert engineers before working on actual projects, helping them to combine their theoretical knowledge with practical skills.

My name is Pol Bachelin and I’m a French third-year student at EPITECH Rennes. I grew up in the United States and went to France for my studies. For my required third year internship I wanted to find a company that would let me broaden my horizons. As TBSCG is an international company I am working alongside people from all over the world – people with a lot of experience in DevOps, cloud, and project construction. The company is agile and flat, which means that I’m on the same level as the other developers in the team even as an intern. I attend client meetings, express my ideas to the other developers, and contribute to projects that will be used in the world. This experience has been unbelievably valuable for my professional development as I now can confidently say that I can work in agile to build a project from start to finish.
